There is no doubt that slippery chicanes and fast cars are the ultimate combination for the perfect day out! In this full day rally driving course, you will learn the basics of how to pull handbrake turns, and how to cause and control an opposite lock power slide on a specially designed rally stage in a front wheel drive Ford Focus. Then in the afternoon you'll take the wheel of a completely different beast the Subaru Impreza Turbo! With different techniques and challenges to master this really is a test of driving skill.
This rally driving experience starts with a briefing, with a professional rally instructor. This covers what techniques are used in rally driving, why they are used and how to perform them, giving a basic introduction to what you will be doing once you get behind the wheel!
It's then straight out to the stage and into the driving seat of a fully prepared rally car! All our rally cars are maintained to the highest standard and are built to strict competition specifications.
Throughout the course a trained and experienced instructor will act as your co-driver to guide you around the stage, teaching you various rally driving techniques including handbrake turns and opposite lock power slides!
At the end of your rally driving course, you will receive a high speed passenger ride from your instructor, followed by a debrief to find out your score and who the driver of the day is!
