It's time for youngsters to get out and experience the controls of a rally car. Develop new skills on the rally stage with constant help and encouragement from their instructor. A must for all budding Richard Burns and Colin McRaes.
As part of a small group (3-4 people), you'll be allocated a car and your instructor for the session. Then it's time to get out there and experience the controls of a rally car. You'll take it in turn to drive while the others watch in three separate sessions.
After a welcome, introduction and briefing on driving and rally driving techniques the participant will spend their driving sessions in a Ford KA Rally Car, they will learn basic driving skill's including starting, changing gear, steering and braking supervised by a qualified instructor. The next session allows the driver to develop these newly acquired skills on the rally stage and with constant help and encouragement from the instructor. Once competent at these skill's, the fun begins they will learn techniques such as handbrake turns, powerslides and more rally driving techniques.
For the last session, it will be straight into the rally seat and into action on the rally stage, your instructor will be calling the corners for you, and giving further instruction, and tips to power your way around the stage.
They will be going back to school and telling all their friends they have been doing it for real and not on the Playstation!
This course includes 3 sessions of 10 minutes in car. All timings include belting drivers in and out of cars.
Choice of three start times 9.00am or 11.30am or 2.00pm
4 to 1 Pupil to instructor ratio
Short classroom session on basic rally theory, together with safety briefing
Professional tuition by enthusiastic, experienced rally competitors

A full forest stage within 10 minutes of Leeds and Bradford. With challenging tree lined gravel roads and even a water feature this venue is a true forest rally driving experience.
Courses at this venue are available one weekend a month from April to December.
FACILITIES & SPECTATOR INFO:
Spectators are welcome
For safety purposes we advise that you do not invite spectators under the age of 10 years
Spectators under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult who is not participating
A small charge is made for each spectator, which covers unlimited refreshments, snacks and insurance
Dogs are permitted, although they must be on lead
A photo package can be pre-booked or ordered on the day.
Passenger rides are available at an extra charge on the day
Toilet facilities on site.
Just wanted to say thank you for your rapid service with my order yesterday.
