An action packed full day, giving you a real loose gravel experience and 2 different rally cars to drive, the legendary Mark 2 Escort and the amazing Subaru Impreza. You drive on a genuine Welsh forest stage maintained to such high standards that most of the top world rally teams use it for pre-event testing. With a team of professional and experienced instructors that are friendly and enthusiastic on hand to ensure your enjoyment and safety on the day.
Our aim is to give you maximum hands on tuition, as well as keeping groups small we use two rally stages at the same time:
Rally stage one: This is designed specifically for learning the rallying techniques quickly and safely, enabling you to build up your skills and confidence in preparation for driving on rally stages.
Rally stage two: This special rally stage is used by most of the top world teams and is both demanding and challenging. You have the thrill of driving a Subaru Impreza Turbo with our co-driver navigating you round with pace notes, giving you a 'taster' of the teamwork and skills involved when competing in a rally.
Itinerary
9.30am : An introduction into the sport, explaining rally driving techniques and safety. The instructors then demonstrate on the practice stage, then it's your turn to spend the day creating slides and controlling them using the power of the car. Simultaneously, out on the stage explaining approaches to corners, braking techniques, driving lines etc..
12.30pm : Enjoy lunch in our hospitality unit, to include a briefing on the co-drivers role in rallying. An insight into the basics of navigation and timing in preparation for your drive in the Subaru Impreza. You will need lots of concentration for this as your co-driver will be using pace-notes to call out the corners and straights ahead
Straight after lunch, back on the practice stage - in the opposite direction this time, gaining more experience and confidence ready for competition later. Subaru runs are also in progress out on Rally Stage 2.

Enjoy the thrill and excitement as your instructor takes you for a passenger `RIDE OF A LIFETIME` at competition speed over our both our rally stages.
Then competition time.. The day comes to an exciting climax with a competition against the other rally school participants! Put your new found skills into practice with timed laps against the clock. Feel the sweat, adrenaline and hopefully a winners trophy in your hands. Don't worry if you don't win as you will take home a runners up plaque.

On the edge of the classic Radnor Forest stage this venue is right in the heart of Rally GB territory, the UK's round of the World Rally Championship and offers authentic welsh hillside gravel roads. With at least 4 miles of top quality authentic gravel rally road available.
FACILITIES & SPECTATOR INFO:
A charge of £15 per guest is made, this includes a buffet lunch and refreshments during the day.
Warm covered hospitality unit with great viewing facilities of the rally stage.
Please do not bring toddlers/young children due to limited space.
High speed "Ride of your life" passenger rides available for spectators at extra cost payable on the day.
Just wanted to say thank you for your rapid service with my order yesterday.
