Q: Can I order over the phone?

A: Yes, if you would like to order your Rallyday over the phone, please give our experienced team a call on 0845 6800664. Our opening hours are: 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?

A: You can purchase a Rallydays.co.uk course using all major credit and debit cards, including VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Switch/Maestro, and Solo. We accept PayPal and you can pay by cheque or bank transfer.

Q: What is the minimum age for participants?

A: For all of our adult courses participants must hold a full driving licence. We do have Junior rally driving courses for anyone aged between 10-17 years old, with no licence restrictions

Q: Do I need to book a date when I order?

A: All Rallydays.co.uk vouchers are valid for 12 months which gives the recipient plenty of time to choose a date or if you have a date in mind, please contact one of our advisors who can check availability for you before purchasing.

Q: Can I book a date for my course?

A: Yes you can, contact our bookings line on 0845 6800664 or email us at mail@rallydays.co.uk and we will check availability at all of our venues to find a suitable date for you.

Q: What will I receive in the post?

A: When you purchase your rally driving experience from us we will send you a personalised printed voucher that you can give as gift.

Q: How long will it take for my voucher to arrive?

A: We have a number of delivery methods; for first class post please allow 5 working days for delivery. For Royal Mail Special Delivery, if your order is received before midday you can expect delivery the next working day (a signature is required on delivery). For orders delivered via email we can deliver the same day if orders are place before midday.

Q: My voucher is a present for someone, can it be personalised?

A: Yes all Rallydays.co.uk vouchers are personalised with the recipients name.

Q: What if I can't make a date within the period of the voucher?

Q: Can I bring spectators?

A: Yes all of our venues allow spectators although we have to make a small charge per person at some to cover insurance and refreshments, this can be made on the day.

Q: How much driving time will I get?

A: On each of our course description pages there are details of the course length and the amount of actual driving time that you will receive.

Q: I need my voucher today to give as a gift?

A: We can send it to you via email as pdf. file for you to print out, this look exactly the same as the voucher that we will send to you and is full colour.

Q: I don't think 12 months is going be long enough, can I extend the period of the voucher?

A: Yes you can, you can extend it for an extra 6 months on top the normal 12 for a small fee of £30.00

Q: Are there any height and weight restrictions?

A: Each course has any specific restrictions detailed on the course page but as a general rule it is the height/weight ratio which is important, For example a participant who is tall at 6' 3" and of medium build for their height will fit in a car. Also a participant who is small in height but of big build will also fit in car. A problem can arise when the participant is very tall (over 6' 3") and of big build.

Q: I can't choose which course to buy, do I have to buy a voucher for a specific course?

A: No you don't, we have generic Rallydays.co.uk vouchers available in multiples of £50 up to a maximum of £350

Q: Do I need any rally driving experience to take part in one of your courses?

A: No you don't, you don't even need to drive regularly. In fact nearly all of our participants have no previous rally driving experience. Our instructors take you through the techniques at your pace, so that you can build your confidence.
